Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@exercisebikelife.com
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@exercisebikelife.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Free Shipping
“Free Shipping” promotions are not valid on orders outside of the continental USA.
Freight Truck Shipments
The carrier will call you roughly 1 day in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. You must be present for the delivery window you set with the driver to avoid additional storage and/or redelivery fees from the carrier. Delivery via freight truck is curbside only. The driver is not required to assist in unloading your shipment. Please be prepared to have additional hands on deck to assist you with your delivery. Certain items such as barbells, racks, and pullup stations may not have liftgate capabilities, meaning it will not be lowered from the bed of the truck to the ground upon delivery. For these deliveries, please be prepared to unload by hand with a couple friends. You are responsible for taking the delivery inside your home or building. If you require deliver to be made inside – please contact us for white glove service charges where available. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us for more info or to make changes to your delivery, if required.
LTL Freight Shipping
For any item that was shipped vial LTL freight, there will be a return shipping fee of $200 plus any other applicable fee as listed in our policy. Due to the size and weight of the product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returning your item may incur additional charges for damage caused by improper use, misassembly, or accidents.
Ground Service Shipments
The packages will be left at the door of your ship to address – it is best to be present when packages are delivered. If you are NOT able to be there, you can call FedEX/UPS Customer Service and request that they hold it at their location for you to pickup. Free shipping items may be shipping via Freight Truck, instead of Ground based on weight.
